📋 Description

• Coordinate retail banking construction programs, including ATM rollouts, renovations, and new stores • Develop and implement project management processes and methodologies • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects • Ensure projects meet quality, timeline, and budget requirements • Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams • Ensure compliance with HSE policies and quality standards • Provide project management advice and support to stakeholders • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships • Participate in bids to support winning new project management work • Monitor project performance and report on key performance indicators • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a field related to construction • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred • Thorough knowledge of program management methods and best practices • Knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, planning, design, schedule, and scope management • Ability to read, understand, and communicate contract requirements, construction drawings, and specifications • Ability to interpret construction methods • Ability to understand and follow site HSSE policies • Proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and MS PowerPoint • Competent use of data management software and systems for data management, analytics, and quality assurance • Strong communication skills • Ability to work Eastern Standard Time hours
