📋 Description

• Coordinate retail banking construction programs, including ATM rollouts, retail banking renovations and new stores • Develop and implement project management processes and methodologies • Oversee planning, execution and delivery of construction projects to meet quality, timeline and budget requirements • Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies • Collaborate with clients, contractors and project teams, providing guidance and analysis • Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental policies and quality standards • Provide project management advice and support to stakeholders • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors and other stakeholders • Participate in bids to support winning new project management work • Monitor project performance and report on key performance indicators • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or a field related to construction • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience is preferred • Thorough knowledge of program management methods and best practices • Thorough knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, planning, design, schedule and scope management • Ability to read, understand and communicate contract requirements, including construction drawings and specifications • Ability to interpret construction methods • Ability to understand and follow site HSSE policies • Proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and MS PowerPoint • Competence using data management software and systems for data management, analytics and quality assurance • Strong communication skills • Ability to work Eastern Standard Time hours
