📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers • Oversee delivery of project management services on major projects and programs • Ensure service excellence, client engagement, and market outreach • Provide strategic leadership across corporate real estate, workplace transformation, branch and office developments, operational infrastructure, technology-enabled environments, and capital initiatives • Plan, execute, and deliver complex programs supporting organizational growth, operational excellence, customer experience, and digital transformation • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams • Drive project performance and strengthen client relationships • Support innovation, sustainability, risk management, and long-term value creation • Lead construction market research and analyze official published data • Produce thought leadership reports • Manage project management services, resource planning, financial management, business generation, training, and development • Set team strategy and ambition in line with the Business Plan • Develop staff and promote learning, respect, and inclusivity • Maintain knowledge management databases and share project learning • Improve internal systems and processes • Ensure quality standards and participate in ISO audits • Develop priority plans, risk mitigation, KPIs, management controls, and critical success factors • Undertake internal BMS audits and coordinate external audits • Develop market understanding, act as a brand ambassador, and build an opportunity pipeline • Identify cross-selling opportunities • Prepare and deliver presentations and participate in senior leadership meetings • Track revenue, margins, fees, and resource requirements using internal software • Prepare proposals and RFP responses • Attend networking and promotional events • Mentor current staff and support career development • Partner with talent acquisition to attract talent and plan staffing needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction • 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience • 2+ years managing large, high-performing multidisciplinary teams in a consulting environment • Proven track record managing successful project management service delivery for clients • Business development ambition and acumen, with demonstrated experience driving business growth • Major construction sector experience with high-caliber clients in commercial real estate, data centers, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, natural resources, or related sectors • Excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills • Graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering preferred • Ability to work on-site as client needs require
