📋 Description
• Provide consulting services for a financial services client account • Manage a new ATM installation program for retail bank branches throughout the Southeast • Coordinate project activities among clients, vendors, contractors, technology providers, and operational stakeholders • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and implementation plans • Monitor project progress and ensure milestones, deliverables, and client objectives are achieved • Interface directly with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, work plans, schedules, quality control, and risk identification • Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process • Conduct requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients • Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements • Ensure project data integrity and accurate, timely, coordinated documentation • Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule • Track project progress and report status and variances • Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans • Implement plans to reduce or eliminate project risks • Mentor others and share subject-matter knowledge • Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with company values • Build consensus and convince others to reach agreement
🎯 Requirements
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's degree is preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred • Experience managing schedules and vendor management required • Retail bank project/program experience is strongly desired • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Experience in MS Project or other project management software required • General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices • Ability to read architectural drawings • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality
