📋 Description

• Provide consulting services for client accounts to achieve strategic business objectives • Manage technical commercial real estate projects from initiation through completion • Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout • Interface with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk identification • Document IT requirements and collaborate with project teams to define technology solutions • Define project delivery resources and manage qualification processes • Conduct requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources • Implement project documentation governance and maintain accurate project data • Direct architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors • Build action plans to meet objectives, budgets, and schedules • Track project progress and report status and variances • Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans • Mentor others and share subject-matter knowledge • Lead by example in accordance with CBRE RISE values • Build consensus and reach agreements with stakeholders • Travel overnight throughout the United States up to 25% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree preferred • 5–8 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • IT construction experience in network setup/design, voice/data cabling, telephony, wireless, audio visual, security access and monitoring, and sound masking • General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices • Ability to read architectural drawings • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Proficiency in MS Project • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred
