• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects • Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips • Verify effective use of project governance, processes, and systems • Apply best practices across projects • Produce formal project status reports and other required reports • Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure approved design standards are applied • Manage supplier interfaces through monthly trackers and weekly reviews • Manage project information flow through meetings and written communications • Forecast and update project milestones and budget • Manage and monitor local design teams according to commission criteria • Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders • Respond rapidly to field RFIs • Provide cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance • Independently review status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs • Develop strong client relationships and help maximize new opportunities • Advise project teams on approaches to achieve client and business objectives • Capture key project information and lessons learned • Identify improvements to internal systems and processes • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a construction-related field • Strong organizational and management skills • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team • Effective presentation skills • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools • Strong communication skills
