📋 Description

• Provide consulting services to an assigned market or client account • Manage healthcare administrative and clinical construction projects from initiation through completion • Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout for real estate projects • Prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and risk identification • Define project delivery resources and conduct requests for proposals and bid evaluations • Implement project documentation governance and ensure data integrity and accurate, timely documentation • Direct project delivery teams and provide guidance to achieve goals • Create action plans to meet objectives, budgets, and schedules • Track project progress and report status and variances • Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans • Coach others and share knowledge • Build consensus and communicate difficult or sensitive information • Work with clients and related teams to deliver project outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred • Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset • Sophisticated math skills, including percentages, fractions, and financial-related calculations • Up to 20% travel throughout the Eastern US
