📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of retail banking branch renovation and refresh programs • Manage multiple branch renovation and retail banking improvement projects from initiation through closeout • Coordinate banking clients, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, facilities teams, and regulatory authorities • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, critical paths, and delivery commitments • Apply project governance, standards, processes, and reporting frameworks • Prepare project status reports, executive summaries, risk registers, and leadership updates • Oversee branch renovations for design, brand, security, and operational compliance • Manage project budgets, forecasts, change orders, and cost controls • Minimize disruption to branch operations, customers, and employees during renovations • Monitor design development, permitting, procurement, construction progress, and project closeout • Manage contractor and consultant performance for quality, safety, schedule, and budget objectives • Review project documentation, drawings, schedules, budgets, and contractor deliverables • Resolve field conditions, RFIs, change requests, and operational challenges • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies • Support value engineering and recommend cost-effective solutions • Maintain client relationships and identify program improvements, efficiencies, and future opportunities • Support business development efforts within the retail banking portfolio • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field • 5+ years of experience managing retail, banking, corporate interiors, renovation, or construction projects • Experience overseeing multi-site renovation programs and fast-track project delivery environments • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and construction administration • Experience working in occupied facilities while maintaining business continuity • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Excel, and project management software platforms • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Ability to travel 25%-30% regionally to project sites when required • Ability to comply with applicable building codes, accessibility requirements, life safety standards, and banking security guidelines
