📋 Description

• Act as the Physical Security Point of Contact for EV-charging projects from concept through final delivery • Establish and maintain detailed project schedules • Align security deliverables and installations with construction and project delivery timelines • Emphasize cost controls where possible • Secure approvals for designs, risk-level identification, security guard planning, and hardware deviations • Ensure installations adhere to global physical security standards, including access control, surveillance, perimeter security, and monitoring • Manage project delivery across diverse sites in the US and EMEA • Identify blockers and escalate issues to leadership with proposed solutions • Manage architects, engineers, suppliers, and other stakeholders • Track critical milestones and prevent schedule slippage • Ensure project governance, processes, systems, and best practices are applied • Produce formal project status and other required reports • Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure approved design standards are correctly applied • Manage supplier interfaces through monthly trackers and weekly reviews • Facilitate project information flow through meetings and written communications • Forecast and update key project milestones • Independently review status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs • Assist with client relationship management and maximizing new opportunities • Advise project teams on approaches that achieve client and business objectives • Capture project information and lessons learned • Identify improvements to internal systems and processes • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a construction-related field • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience • Strong organizational and management skills • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team • Effective presentation skills • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools • Strong communication skills
