📋 Description

• Lead integrated planning and scheduling support for large-scale data center construction projects • Develop, maintain, and improve detailed schedules, milestone tracking, dependencies, resource assumptions, and schedule reporting outputs • Apply critical path method scheduling to assess schedule logic, identify trends, and communicate risks, impacts, mitigations, and recovery options • Partner with client teams, project stakeholders, delivery partners, and contractors to align planning outputs with project execution needs • Manage multiple project schedules simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting • Prepare clear schedule updates for project leadership and senior stakeholders, adjusting level of detail based on the audience

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of expert-level planning and scheduling experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project • Experience supporting design and construction project management for medium-to-large capital programs • Background planning capital projects in the $500MM to $2B+ range, preferably in data center construction or related process-intensive industries • Strong knowledge of critical path method scheduling, schedule health analysis, and schedule risk identification • Ability to analyze EPC plans and schedules, identify trends, and clearly communicate mitigation strategies • Demonstrated ability to self-direct, solve problems, and operate effectively in a fast-paced project environment • Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to present detailed schedule data in concise leadership-ready summaries
