📋 Description

• Ensure construction projects comply with health and safety regulations through regular site inspections and audits • Create and implement workplace safety programs, emergency response plans, and construction safety policies • Develop and deliver health and safety training programs, including new-hire safety orientation • Perform construction site risk assessments, safety audits, and safety meetings • Investigate job-site safety reports and lead incident and injury evaluations • Recommend corrective actions and monitor implementation • Monitor adherence to OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, and other relevant safety regulations and standards • Maintain safety documentation, reports, permits, and compliance records • Ensure PPE is available and used correctly on all sites • Collaborate with project managers, construction managers, and stakeholders on risk management and safety issues • Identify and implement improvements to health and safety practices • Support the site safety manager with safety implementation and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience • Technology competency with database management skills • Strong understanding of construction safety standards and regulations • Strong analytical skills • Strong communication, presentation, and written skills • Awareness of safety, security, and controls • Ability to support the site safety manager with implementation and reporting on safety conditions • On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs
