📋 Description

• Provide consulting services for a financial services client account • Lead office infrastructure and facility renovation construction projects nationally, with a focus on the Southeast region of the United States • Manage HVAC, chiller, UPS, generator, MEP upgrade, and interior and exterior renovation projects in occupied office facilities • Serve as Owner’s Representative from project initiation through completion • Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout for multiple real estate projects • Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, work plan schedules and landmarks, quality control, and risk identification • Report to the Project Management Director and other business leaders • Manage and coach other Project Managers • Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process • Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients • Ensure functions remain on schedule and issues are resolved or advanced • Facilitate regular project status meetings • Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion • Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and operational plans • Lead by example and model company values • Anticipate objections and persuade senior stakeholders with divergent interests

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred • Owner’s Representative experience for Class A financial or professional services client desired • Infrastructure/MEP experience desired • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project • Procore and Textura experience beneficial • Solid track record of working with senior leadership in a strategic capacity • Ability to lead delivery resources projects required • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment while leading multiple projects and/or programs in varying stages • Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality
