📋 Description

• Define, optimize, and maintain the end-to-end lifecycle for updating and managing physical design standards • Establish and manage studio workflow structures, folder/drive architecture, and digital asset organization • Organize, maintain, and publish design standards, playbooks, and templates through the CMS • Plan and schedule internal training modules and workshops • Track workflow health, identify bottlenecks, streamline process pipelines, and escalate performance risks • Develop design aesthetic quality-control checklists, review guidelines, and exception-tracking workflows • Enable project managers to monitor compliance with Design Studio Standards • Oversee software seat allocations, compliance, and licensing coordination • Prepare processes for transition of software asset management to the Documentation Manager • Collaborate with Design Studio, Production Studio, BIM Manager, Documentation Manager, Studio Directors, project managers, design teams, and external partners

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Design Operations, Architectural/Engineering Project Management, Program Management, or Design Governance • Proven experience managing complex workflows and cross-functional alignment in design-heavy or corporate rollout environments • Hands-on experience establishing document control protocols, digital asset management, file-naming conventions, and folder architecture • Exceptional communication skills and experience building consensus across Design, Engineering, Operations, and external partner teams • Experience creating operational checklists, QA/QC frameworks, and governance playbooks • Fluency with Google Workspace, Asana, Miro, Bluebeam, and Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360 • Preferred: PMP/CAPM, Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, Procore / Document Control credentials, or ITIL Foundation • Preferred: experience establishing new operational processes in fast-paced, high-growth, or R&D environments • Preferred: familiarity with CMS managers, digital asset curators, or database administrators • Preferred: background in professional design services, architectural production, or real estate development
