📋 Description

• Provide consulting services to assigned markets or high-profile client accounts • Manage multiple healthcare projects from initiation through completion • Oversee planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout • Prepare project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and risk identification • Define project delivery resources • Conduct requests for proposals and bid evaluations • Recommend resources to clients • Facilitate project charters and integrated timelines • Keep functions on schedule and resolve or escalate issues • Facilitate regular project status meetings • Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion • Develop improved methods for accomplishing individual and department objectives • Coach others and develop functional expertise • Influence senior stakeholders and divergent interests • Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and operational plans • Communicate difficult and complex ideas

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred • 8-10 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • Innovative mentality to develop methods beyond existing solutions • Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future • Must be located in California • Ability to travel up to 30%
