📋 Description

• Manage all areas of commercial real estate project management, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout • Interface directly with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules and milestones, quality control, and risk identification • Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process • Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients • Facilitate project charters and integrated timelines • Ensure functions remain on schedule and issues are resolved or escalated • Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects • Collaborate to develop solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion • Apply advanced knowledge to develop improved methods for individual and department objectives • Coach others and develop functional expertise • Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values • Influence senior stakeholders and persuade others to adopt different viewpoints • Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and operational plans • Communicate difficult and complex ideas • Perform other duties as assigned • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred • IT construction experience in network setup/design, voice/data cabling, telephony, wireless, audio visual, security access and monitoring, and sound masking • General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices • Ability to read architectural drawings • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Proficiency in MS Project • On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs
