📋 Description

• Provide consulting services to a financial services client account • Lead office infrastructure construction projects onsite and regionally • Manage MEP upgrades and installations in occupied smart-building offices, emphasizing BMS automation controls • Serve as Owner’s Representative and manage projects from initiation through completion • Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout for multiple real estate projects • Prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk identification with clients • Report to the Project Management Director and other business leaders • Manage and coach other Project Managers • Define project delivery resources and conduct complex RFPs and bid evaluations • Recommend resources to clients • Keep functions on schedule and resolve or escalate issues • Facilitate project-status meetings • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement solutions • Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and operational plans • Lead by example and model organizational values • Persuade senior stakeholders and divergent interests toward different points of view

🎯 Requirements

• Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred • 8–10 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • PE, LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred • Owner’s Representative experience for Class A financial or professional services clients required • Infrastructure/MEP experience required • Strong knowledge of BMS controls, building automation, and smart buildings desired • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Knowledge of PM Web or similar project management software • Track record of working with senior leadership in a strategic capacity • Ability to lead delivery resource projects • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment while leading multiple projects and/or programs in varying stages
