• Manage multiple regional retail bank ground-up and fit-out construction projects from initiation through completion • Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout • Coordinate renovations within occupied facilities while minimizing business disruption • Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, work plans, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification • Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through project qualification processes • Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients • Facilitate project charters and integrated timelines • Keep project functions on schedule and resolve or escalate issues • Facilitate regular project status meetings • Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion • Develop improved methods for accomplishing individual and department objectives • Coach others and model values-consistent behaviors • Influence senior stakeholders and divergent interests • Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and operational plans • Communicate difficult and complex ideas to influence outcomes
• Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • Financial services client experience required • Retail construction program experience highly desirable • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Experience with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management software • Expert organizational skills • Advanced inquisitive mentality • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred • Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions • On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs • SOX control responsibilities may apply where applicable
