📋 Description

• Maintain visibility of threat and opportunity trigger points to support risk cost profiling, risk-budget drawdown, and retirement of threats or opportunities • Use risk data to inform investment planning • Monitor overall risk exposure and remaining risk budget • Assess contractor-held risks and contractor views on client-held risks • Produce timely risk reports communicating threat and opportunity status • Conduct quantitative cost and schedule risk assessments to inform contingency levels • Improve risk-management services for the client • Deliver end-to-end project risk management across multiple projects and programs • Create risk-management plans and processes aligned with client requirements and frameworks • Conduct regular risk reviews, analyze risks, determine response plans, and monitor project and program risk profiles • Lead quantitative cost and schedule risk assessment processes (QCRA and QSRA) • Integrate risk management with program and project controls, cost and schedule management, change control, and reporting • Collaborate with controls teams to eliminate redundancies and identify improvements • Facilitate knowledge transfer within risk, project controls, and client teams • Create value-stream maps to quantify pain points and minimize waste • Support supplier performance management through metrics and improvement action plans • Support expert witnesses in arbitral or litigation processes • Lead construction-stage contract and claims management • Assess contractual claims and advise on disputes and resolution • Evaluate delay-recovery measures • Perform change management and construction-stage cost control • Supervise measurement and valuation of completed works and variations • Manage final-account settlements with contractors • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a construction-related field • Minimum 5–7 years of applicable experience • Relevant construction project procurement and contract management experience • Demonstrated experience in a Program Management or Program Controls environment • Deep knowledge and experience in risk identification, facilitation, and techniques • Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills • In-depth understanding of construction contracts, commercial models, and delivery methods • Proficiency in process mapping, root cause analysis, problem solving, and value-stream mapping • Familiarity with web-based database tools including ARM, Predict, and Tableau • Highly self-motivated, analytical, and customer-centric • Excellent communication skills
