📋 Description

• Develop, monitor, and update owners’ Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) • Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large-scale capital programs • Interface with project stakeholders as a trusted advisor • Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for project-team approval • Conduct resource loading and leveling • Consolidate contractors’ schedules into the IMS • Assess impacts on critical-path and near-critical activities and report findings • Monitor schedule deviations and variances and help develop corrective-action methods • Apply EVM methodology to measure project progress • Review schedules regularly with project team members • Prepare schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analyses • Maintain records of scope changes, trends, and variances affecting schedule performance • Assure the credibility of schedule information • Maintain liaison with clients and other consultants throughout all project stages • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction • Minimum 5–7 years of applicable experience • Direct experience working on teams within a complex matrix environment • Expertise using Primavera P6 • Excellent communication skills • On-site presence and requirements may change depending on clients’ needs
