📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers • Oversee delivery of project management services on major projects and programs • Ensure service excellence, client engagement, market outreach, and continued growth of project management services • Provide strategic leadership across corporate real estate, workplace transformation, branch and office developments, operational infrastructure, technology-enabled environments, and business-critical capital initiatives • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs • Drive project performance and strengthen client relationships • Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams • Support innovation, sustainability, risk management, and long-term value creation • Contribute to business development and expand the company’s presence in financial services and corporate real estate sectors • Lead client communications and oversee project management team services • Research construction market conditions and analyze official published data • Produce thought leadership reports • Manage project management services strategically and operationally, including resource planning, financial management, business generation, training, and development • Set team strategy and ambition in line with the Business Plan • Develop people and promote learning, respect, and inclusivity • Maintain knowledge management systems and share commission learnings • Improve internal systems and processes • Ensure quality standards and participate in ISO audits • Develop priority plans, risk mitigation, KPIs, appraisal documents, management controls, and critical success factors • Undertake internal BMS audits and coordinate external audits • Develop market understanding, act as a brand ambassador, and create client opportunity pipelines • Identify cross-selling opportunities • Participate in senior leadership meetings and prepare and deliver presentations • Track revenue, margins, monthly fees, and resource requirements using internal software • Prepare proposals and RFP responses • Attend networking and promotional events • Train and mentor staff • Partner with talent acquisition to attract talent and plan staffing needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or a field related to construction • Graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering preferred • 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience • 2+ years managing large, high-performing multidisciplinary teams in a consulting environment • Proven track record of successful project management service delivery for clients • Exceptional business development ambition and acumen, with demonstrated experience driving business growth • Major construction sector experience with high-caliber clients in commercial real estate, data centers, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, natural resources, or related sectors • Excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to comply with SOX control responsibilities where applicable
