• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers • Oversee delivery of project management services on major projects and programs • Ensure service excellence, continued growth of the project management offering, client engagement, and market outreach • Provide strategic leadership across corporate real estate, workplace transformation, branch and office developments, operational infrastructure, technology-enabled environments, and business-critical capital initiatives • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs supporting organizational growth, operational excellence, customer experience, and digital transformation • Work with senior stakeholders to drive project performance, strengthen client relationships, and foster multidisciplinary collaboration • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and aligned with business objectives • Support innovation, sustainability, risk management, and long-term value creation • Contribute to business development and promote best-in-class project management practices • Mentor and develop project management talent and expand the company’s presence in financial services and corporate real estate • Lead client communications and oversee project management team services • Research construction market conditions and analyze official published data • Produce thought leadership reports on the construction market • Manage project management services strategically and operationally, including resource planning, financial management, business generation, and training and development • Set team strategy and ambition in line with the Business Plan • Promote learning, respect, inclusivity, and a one-business culture • Maintain knowledge management databases and share commission learning • Identify and implement process improvements • Ensure quality standards compliance and participate in ISO audits • Develop priority plans, risk mitigation, KPIs, appraisal documents, management controls, and critical success factors • Undertake internal BMS audits and coordinate or represent the office during external certification audits • Develop market understanding, act as a brand ambassador, and create an opportunity pipeline • Identify cross-selling opportunities • Participate in senior leadership meetings and prepare and deliver presentations • Track revenue, margins, monthly fees, and resource requirements using internal software • Prepare proposals and RFP responses • Attend networking and promotional events • Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract talent and plan staffing needs • Adhere to applicable SOX controls
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or a field related to construction • 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience • 2+ years managing large, high-performing multidisciplinary teams in a consulting environment • Proven track record of managing successful project management service delivery for clients • Business development ambition and acumen, with demonstrated experience driving business growth • Major construction sector experience with high-caliber clients in commercial real estate, data centers, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, natural resources, or related sectors • Excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills • Graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering is preferred • Ability to comply with applicable SOX control responsibilities
