📋 Description

• Prepare conceptual, schematic, design development, and final construction cost estimates • Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation to develop budgets and bid proposals • Quantify materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs • Develop and maintain cost databases, unit pricing, and historical cost information • Identify project risks and cost-saving opportunities • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, owners, and construction teams during preconstruction • Monitor market conditions, labor trends, material pricing, and industry best practices • Participate in client meetings and project planning sessions • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities • Support planning and delivery of complex construction projects, particularly Network Infrastructure projects

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of construction estimating experience • Minimum 2 years of experience estimating or supporting Network Infrastructure projects • Experience with commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or large-scale construction projects • Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents • Experience performing quantity takeoffs and developing detailed cost analyses • Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple estimates and competing deadlines simultaneously • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa sponsorship • Educational background in Construction Management strongly preferred • Experience with mission-critical facilities, data centers, hyperscale campuses, or high-tech construction projects • Familiarity with preconstruction services, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor management • Experience with Bluebeam, Sage Estimating, On-Screen Takeoff, CostX, Planswift, or similar tools preferred • Experience working with general contractors, EPC firms, or owners' representatives
