📋 Description

• Oversee the entire data pipeline from instrumentation to presentation • Work directly with departments and senior leadership to decide what to gather and how to analyze it • Identify KPIs around engagement, retention, and churn, and design pipelines to collect them • Own the databases: schema, performance, health • Be hands-on with the ETL pipelines and the infrastructure supporting it • Automate reporting and create dashboards for a variety of audiences • Play the game

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a data analyst or analytics engineering role • Strong SQL skills: querying, structuring schemas, tuning performance • Strong skills in the languages of your choice for backend and analysis: Python, R, Java, etc • Real world experience building and owning ETL processes • Statistical modeling depth: regression analysis, hypothesis testing, predictive models, confidence and error • Comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical audiences • Self-starter energy — you can juggle priorities, work across teams, and figure things out without a lot of hand-holding
