📋 Description

• Serve as the analytical engine behind data-driven decision-making in a Rula Product pod • Partner with senior Product leaders and Data Engineering, Finance, Clinical, and Operations teams • Generate insights and recommendations that shape product roadmap strategy • Translate broad questions into actionable research and discovery plans • Perform proactive data exploration to identify actionable insights • Communicate results in a compelling manner • Model the impact of new features and determine success criteria • Drive experimentation to evaluate new launches • Improve provider experience, quality, and marketplace balance

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of related professional experience in analytics or data science, including 2+ years focusing on product analytics • Deep understanding of product analytics metrics, including conversion, churn, engagement, retention, and LTV • Strong experience with A/B testing, including experiment design, deployment, and results interpretation • Advanced technical expertise with modern data stacks, such as dbt and Airflow • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Looker, Tableau, and Hex • Demonstrated ability to work with non-technical cross-functional stakeholders • Preferred: experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment • Preferred: prior healthcare industry experience • Preferred: ability to connect analytics insights to business strategy and influence product decisions • Preferred: advanced proficiency with Python/R for analytics or scripting and event-based data
