📋 Description

• Provide virtual small-group instruction to K-12 students across the United States • Deliver virtual ELA and Math tutoring • Teach lower-level high-school ELA • Support school partners through engagement opportunities including summer academies and remediation support • Commit a few hours during the week for engagements lasting approximately fourteen to thirty weeks • Log in early, complete light preparation, and write session notes as included in the compensation • Express interest in and accept available tutoring engagements after admission to the TbT teacher community

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a US teacher • Experience teaching Math in the classroom • Experience teaching in an online environment • Working knowledge of Google Classroom and Zoom • Experience with remediation, intervention, or small-group instruction is a bonus • Experience with secondary math is a bonus • SPED or ELL teaching experience is a bonus • Bi-Lingual is a bonus • AP course experience is helpful • Dedication to advancing equity in schools is a bonus • Active teaching credential is a bonus

🏖️ Benefits

• Up to $32.00 per hour of tutoring (on a prorated basis) plus a 10% bonus • $35.30 per one-hour tutoring session including the bonus • Rates of $28-$30 per hour of tutoring plus 10% bonus for some engagements • Compensation generally $32.00 per hour of tutoring plus a 10% bonus • Compensation rates of $28-36 per instructional hour plus 10% for some engagements • Flexible hours • Supplemental opportunities within the community, such as interviewing, customer success, working on content, or becoming a mentor teacher • Early access to new tutoring opportunities and updates through the TbT Teacher Community
