📋 Description

• Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction in JMP statistical software and applied statistics concepts • Create structured lesson plans tailored to each learner’s academic, research, or professional goals • Adapt instruction in real time based on learner questions, project needs, and skill level • Assist learners with coursework, research projects, manufacturing/process analytics, or professional upskilling • Track learner progress and communicate effectively with students and, where applicable, academic or corporate partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Experience working with students • Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations • Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online • Ability to pass a background check • Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace • Active or previous teaching credential, especially in Special Education preferred • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
