📋 Description

• Provide virtual 1:1 speech therapy services to elementary students in California • Deliver direct virtual speech therapy sessions focused on pediatric speech challenges, articulation, syntax expansion, and narrative retell strategies • Design engaging, age-appropriate digital speech activities for K–5 students • Develop, monitor, and update individualized speech and language goals • Maintain documentation and progress notes for each session • Collaborate with parents, guardians, and educational staff to support student progress • Conduct a long-term assignment lasting 3–6 months, with one 45-minute session per week per assigned student

🎯 Requirements

• Active California State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) (Required) • Availability during Pacific Time (PT) business/after-school hours • Pediatric Speech Therapy experience with K–5th Grade • Articulation Therapy • Syntax Expansion • Narrative Retell Strategies • Strong computer literacy • Reliable, high-speed internet connection for smooth video sessions • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Must be licensed in the state of California • Ability to make learning fun and interactive • Comfortable working in a virtual classroom setting • Might be asked to clear FBI-DOJ background check taken in-person • Negative TB Test Result
