📋 Description

• Deliver engaging, individualized virtual speech therapy tailored to each student's communication goals, speech-language disorders, and unique learning profile. • Create structured intervention plans that align with student IEP goals, targeting areas such as articulation, language delays, fluency, voice, and augmentative/alternative communication (AAC) needs. • Adapt instruction and therapeutic exercises in real time based on student engagement, energy, and progress, utilizing interactive digital tools to keep sessions dynamic. • Track student data and communicate effectively with families, IEP teams, and school district partners to ensure regulatory compliance and transparent progress reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. • State licensure/certification as an SLP (or willingness to obtain reciprocity). • Experience delivering teletherapy or working within a school district setting is a strong plus. • Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations • Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online • Ability to pass a background check • Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
