📋 Description

• Architect and prototype scalable, high-performance solutions using modern technologies. • Experiment and iterate on new product ideas, leveraging AI, machine learning, and emerging tech. • Lead technical direction, guiding and mentoring engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle. • Partner cross-functionally to align prototypes with business opportunities and strategic goals. • Mentor a group of software development engineers across US and India • Communicate technical vision and results clearly to stakeholders and executive leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in architecture or principal engineering roles within innovative, fast-paced environments. • Applied fraud detection and governance framework experience. • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and LLMs with experience deploying models or AI-driven projects. • Demonstrated success designing large-scale, high-performance architectures across AWS & Azure • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with proven ability to drive technical direction. • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, Go). • Experience with both front-end (React, Angular) and back-end (Node.js, Spring, SpringBoot) development. • Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and their tradeoffs.
