• Advance the quality, reliability, and strategic value of Twilio’s Go-To-Market data • Design and maintain robust business data models for trusted sales analytics, reporting, data science, and AI capabilities • Analyze large datasets using advanced analytical techniques • Extract meaningful insights and provide actionable recommendations to improve revenue operations efficiency • Develop and maintain automated data reconciliation and quality checks • Identify and resolve data discrepancies in critical reports and dashboards • Create visualizations that communicate complex data insights to diverse audiences • Build and maintain data models supporting Go-To-Market decision-making • Automate the business intelligence ecosystem using dashboards and semantic layers as code • Use Git, automated testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines to create reproducible, version-controlled, scalable data infrastructure • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams • Improve data quality, reporting processes, and analytics tools • Support Twilio’s evolution from traditional business intelligence to AI
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business intelligence, analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related discipline • Preference for direct experience supporting GTM or sales analytics in a SaaS environment • Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, particularly executive reporting and sales analytics • Advanced expertise in SQL and hands-on experience designing data models • Ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to codify, document, and reconcile critical business metrics • Experience implementing data quality and testing frameworks, including CI/CD and data observability • Strong technical communication and mentorship skills • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (desired) • Understanding of code reviews, automated testing, and Dev/Staging/Prod environment separation (desired) • Experience with code-based BI and semantic tools such as Looker/LookML, dbt, Cube.js, or Apache Superset (desired) • Strong proficiency with Git version control and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins (desired) • Experience with AI products such as Claude, Cortex, Glean, or Gemini (desired) • Experience with GTM technology stacks such as Salesforce or Gong (desired) • Experience establishing data culture and best practices in a fast-paced technology organization (desired)
