📋 Description

• Serve as Twin's subject matter expert on Medicare Advantage • Develop an evolving understanding of Medicare Advantage members' health needs, motivations, technology comfort, accessibility needs, care-seeking behaviors, social needs, engagement barriers, and expectations • Advise Product, Design, Clinical, and Operations teams on the Medicare member experience and care model • Partner with the Medicare Advantage Product Lead to shape the end-to-end member journey and product roadmap • Monitor MA market changes, CMS policy, health plan priorities, competitive offerings, emerging care models, and member expectations • Translate market and policy changes into implications for Twin • Partner with Commercial and Product Marketing on health plan priorities, value proposition, customer conversations, positioning, and differentiation • Build and maintain Twin's internal Medicare Advantage knowledge base • Educate teams and leadership on the Medicare Advantage ecosystem, population, terminology, incentives, and trends • Establish relationships with external experts, health plans, industry organizations, and stakeholders • Represent Twin externally through customer conversations, panels, conferences, webinars, and other forums • Identify new Medicare Advantage opportunities involving populations, partnerships, capabilities, and care models • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage, Medicare, managed care, or closely related healthcare roles, with significant direct exposure to MA • Deep understanding of the Medicare population and the practical realities of engaging and caring for older adults and other Medicare beneficiaries • Strong understanding of how Medicare Advantage plans operate, make decisions, measure performance, and evaluate partners and solutions • Working expertise across Stars, CAHPS/member experience, clinical programs, care management, supplemental benefits, risk adjustment, health equity, retention, and regulatory requirements • Comfortable helping design improved Medicare experiences • Strong communication skills and executive presence • Experience presenting to executive audiences • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Twin Health is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa
