📋 Description

• Serve as the go-to technical and operational resource supporting the Sales team in pre-sales activities • Support Employer Sales or Health Plan Sales • Complete deal-specific research to help sellers understand their audiences • Design tailored solution architectures for enterprise prospects • Align Twin’s capabilities with partner needs • Translate clinical, product, and operational inputs into clear, client-facing documentation and narratives • Collaborate with Product and Clinical teams to stay current on platform capabilities and pipeline • Partner with Marketing to maintain and improve sales collateral, slide decks, and case studies • Help coordinate pilots or pre-implementation planning for deals • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and high-quality delivery across client-facing materials

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in sales engineering, solution architecture, or sales support in healthcare tech or digital health • Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems, including payers, employers, providers, EHRs, claims, and value-based care • Ability to clearly explain complex technical and clinical concepts to non-technical audiences • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with crafting deal-specific slides in Google Slides and PowerPoint • Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and navigating RFP processes • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Salesforce, Clay, and proposal tools • Must be based in the United States • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States • Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
