📋 Description

• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for core Talent Acquisition systems, including ATS, CRM tools, and integrated technologies • Evaluate Talent Acquisition processes and system configurations, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements • Establish and enforce data input standards and governance across Talent Acquisition systems • Manage relationships with Talent Acquisition system vendors and ensure service level agreements are met • Lead evaluation, selection, implementation, and rigorous testing of new recruiting tools and technologies • Track emerging technology trends, especially AI and Machine Learning applications in recruiting, and develop business cases for high-impact tools • Design and execute change management, training, and documentation plans for new systems and feature updates • Develop, maintain, and automate recruiting KPI dashboards and operational reports • Analyze recruiting performance data to identify trends, root causes, and strategic intervention areas • Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for Talent Acquisition leadership and recruiting teams • Assist in workforce planning and forecasting with data-driven hiring insights

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or People Analytics role, with a focus on supporting a recruiting function • Proven expertise as an administrator or super-user of a major Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, advanced Excel/Google Sheets) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
