📋 Description

• Serve as primary administrator and subject matter expert for core TA systems, including ATS, CRM tools, and integrated technologies • Evaluate TA processes and system configurations, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements • Establish and enforce data input standards and governance across TA systems • Manage relationships with TA system vendors and ensure SLAs are met • Lead evaluation, selection, implementation, and testing of new recruiting tools and technologies • Monitor emerging AI and ML trends in recruiting and develop proposals for high-impact tools • Design and execute change management, training, and documentation plans for new systems and updates • Develop, maintain, and automate recruiting KPI dashboards and operational reports • Analyze recruiting performance data to identify trends, root causes, and strategic interventions • Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for TA leadership and recruiting teams • Support workforce planning and forecasting with data-driven hiring insights

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or People Analytics role, with a focus on supporting a recruiting function • Proven expertise as an administrator or super-user of a major Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, advanced Excel, or Google Sheets • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Experience leading the implementation or significant rollout of an ATS or other core TA technology preferred • Demonstrated interest or experience with AI/ML applications in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition preferred • Project management certification or proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects preferred
