📋 Description

• At least 3 years’ experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field, with specific experience in establishing and driving continuous improvement of CRM, ecommerce, and portal systems in a regulated environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with CRM system design, validation, training, and change management (Salesforce administrator experience preferred) • Experience with experience platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud) - MANDATORY • Experience with IT ticketing system for stakeholder management of system issues and requests • Experience designing and supporting digital portals (customer, partner, or employee-facing) • Familiarity with analytics • Ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences (technical to non-technical and vice versa) • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Project management capabilities (Atlassian JIRA & Confluence experience a plus) • Experience with integration of ecommerce, portal, and CRM systems • At least 3 years’ experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field
