📋 Description
• Manage and prioritize service scoping requests and case queues • Draft, update, and maintain service scope and contract documentation • Coordinate with Sales and internal stakeholders to resolve scoping requests • Track case status, follow up on pending requests, and ensure SLA compliance • Verify final documents match opportunity products before deal closure • Support additional operational initiatives as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Experience in customer service, operations, or client management in a fast-paced environment • Salesforce CRM experience preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Service Contract Administration • Experience in Salesforce CRM • Experience in Contract Documentation • Experience in Workflow Management • Experience in Customer Service & Operations • Experience in Microsoft Word & MS Office
