📋 Description

• Educate prospective clients on the enrollment process and address concerns preventing booking • Manage outbound communications to guide prospective clients toward establishing care and scheduling their first session • Persuade unengaged patients to establish care and schedule their first appointment • Identify client needs and provide clear, accessible mental-health information • Drive clinical utilization and care compliance to improve health outcomes • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits • Document client activity accurately and promptly in the CRM and patient portal • Learn the Two Chairs care model and client journey • Manage client interactions independently using client portal and CRM tools • Contribute to enrollment and scheduling goals and efficient provider matching • Address reasons prospective clients do not enter care • Maintain high-quality, responsive client communications

🎯 Requirements

• A background in healthcare customer service or complex, fast-paced support environments • Experience using CRM tools or patient portals to manage workflows and communications • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex information for clients • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment • Dependability, adaptability, and a proactive approach to solving problems • Ability to handle high-volume, dynamic workflows while maintaining empathy and attention to detail • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
