📋 Description

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), using modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI • Maintain a client caseload of 7–20 sessions per week • Commit to 8–24 total hours of weekly availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. MST • Provide ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments • Participate in manager check-ins: 1 hour per week during the first 6 weeks, then 30 minutes per month • Use data to drive treatment and adjust approaches based on client progress • Collaborate with mental health providers and refer clients when appropriate • Complete, sign, and lock documentation in the EMR within 48 hours of client contact • Approximately 85% of total time dedicated to direct client care

🎯 Requirements

• Independently licensed in Arizona as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) • Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states • 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+) • 6+ months of teletherapy experience • Proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) • Comfort with EHR systems
