📋 Description

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients aged 18+ • Practice modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI • Maintain a caseload of 7–20 attended ongoing therapy sessions per week • Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust the approach based on client progress • Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed • Refer clients when appropriate • Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations • Conduct ongoing therapy appointments and assessments for new clients

🎯 Requirements

• Active license in good standing as a LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in California • Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states; Two Chairs covers the cost • Availability for 8–24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions • 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+) • At least six months of teletherapy experience • Proficiency with clinical assessments such as PHQ-9 • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems • Availability for 7–10 session hours between 8am and 9pm PST, Monday through Friday • Availability during regular business hours for at least 1 hour per week during the first 6 weeks for training, followed by 30 minutes per month for ongoing support • Documentation completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact • Option to use an AI-assist tool
