📋 Description

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients aged 18+ • Practice modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI • Maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week • Dedicate approximately 85% of total time to direct client care, including therapy sessions and new client assessments • Attend manager check-ins: 1 hour weekly during the first 6 weeks, then 30 minutes monthly • Use data to drive treatment and adjust the approach based on client progress • Collaborate with other mental health providers and refer clients when appropriate • Complete, sign, and lock EMR documentation within 48 hours of client contact

🎯 Requirements

• Independently licensed in Ohio as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) • Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states; Two Chairs covers the entire cost • 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+) • 6+ months of teletherapy experience • Proficiency with clinical assessments such as PHQ-9 • Comfort with EHR systems • Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. EST • Commitment to 8–24 total hours of weekly availability • Ability to complete, sign, and lock documentation in the EMR within 48 hours of client contact
