📋 Description

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients aged 18+ • Practice modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI • Maintain ongoing therapy caseload and conduct assessments for new clients • Use measurement-based care tools to drive effective treatment and adjust treatment based on client progress • Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations • Collaborate with other mental health providers and refer clients when appropriate • Participate in weekly case consultation, monthly wellness groups, and professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Active license and in good standing as a LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Washington • Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states; licensure cost covered by the employer • Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 attended ongoing therapy and consult sessions per week, with a minimum of 29 scheduled per week • 2+ years of active and unrestricted licensure in Texas • Clinical experience with adults aged 18+ • Proficiency with clinical assessments such as PHQ-9 for tracking client progress • At least six months of teletherapy experience • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems • Ability to select session hours between 8am and 7pm PST, Monday through Friday, spread across five days • Documentation completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact
