📋 Description

• Supervise and mentor 10-12 APPs (licensed PMHNPs), ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and best practices. • Review documentation and treatment plans for ~1hr/week to ensure quality and adherence to compliance standards. • Provide second opinion consultations and treatment for higher complexity cases in collaboration with your APPs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve tools, workflows, and care models that elevate psychiatric care.

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified psychiatrist (MD or DO) • Proven experience supervising and mentoring advanced practice providers (NPs, PAs, etc.) • Familiarity with state-specific collaborative practice agreements and supervision regulations across the priority states listed above. • Must hold an active, unrestricted federal DEA registration. Willingness and eligibility to obtain separate DEA registrations in all utilized states as required for multi-state practice. • Preferred: additional state licensure or willingness to obtain additional state licenses • Preferred: familiarity with telemedicine platforms and virtual care delivery
