📋 Description

• Supervise and mentor 10-12 APPs (licensed PMHNPs) • Review documentation and treatment plans for ~1hr/week • Guide APPs on compliant billing practices • Support APPs in managing clinical crises • Provide second opinion consultations and treatment for higher complexity cases • Prescribe medications responsibly and ethically • Conduct follow-up assessments and manage medications • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve workflows • Work alongside therapists and care coordinators in a collaborative care model

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified psychiatrist (MD or DO) • Proven experience supervising and mentoring advanced practice providers (NPs, PAs, etc.) • Familiarity with state-specific collaborative practice agreements and supervision regulations across priority states • Must hold an active, unrestricted federal DEA registration • Willingness and eligibility to obtain separate DEA registrations in all utilized states as required for multi-state practice • Preferred: additional state licensure or willingness to obtain additional state licenses • Preferred: familiarity with telemedicine platforms and virtual care delivery
