📋 Description

• Work as a core contributor alongside Tyton Partners consultants and firm leadership across all phases of client engagements • Size industries, map competitive dynamics, and identify growth trends across PreK–12, postsecondary, corporate learning, and workforce markets • Develop frameworks that turn complex strategic questions into actionable structures • Conduct qualitative interviews and original survey research to identify stakeholder perspectives and unmet needs • Synthesize research, sector data, and financial modeling into clear, prioritized recommendations • Support diligence engagements and inform investors' evaluation of education-sector opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of strategy consulting experience at a top-tier firm • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Comfort building models and synthesizing data from multiple sources • Ability to structure and communicate complex ideas clearly in writing, slide decks, and discussions with senior stakeholders • Self-directed work style with discipline to produce client-ready output with limited supervision • Collaborative instincts; comfortable receiving direction from partners and coaching junior team members • Genuine interest in education, workforce, or social impact • Proficiency building client-ready PowerPoint presentations strongly preferred • ThinkCell experience is a plus • Proficiency using Excel for market sizing and financial modeling strongly preferred • Experience designing and analyzing surveys preferred • Qualtrics familiarity is a plus • Exposure to M&A diligence or commercial due diligence work is a plus
