📋 Description

• Develop AI systems comprising LLMs, RAG, databases, parsers, digital avatars, and custom Python functions • Systematically analyze retrieval quality and usability and independently optimize both • Use generative AI for vibe coding to implement high-quality software quickly • Develop pipelines and models in Python and ensure quality through a rigorous testing strategy • Support the optimization of pipeline architecture • Participate in brief team meetings and work closely with various departments • Develop AI-based solutions for operations staff, training and instruction, and sustainable skills development

🎯 Requirements

• Currently studying Computer Science, Data Science, Geoinformatics, or a related field • Experience with Python, Cursor or VS Code, and Git • Interest in LLMs, RAG, and digital avatars • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work • Ideally, initial GitHub projects, contributions, or personal repositories • Eager to take on responsibility and experiment with new technologies • Very good German and English language skills
