📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, engaging online instruction • Connect the learning experience to workforce skills and professional advancement • Foster a supportive learning environment for adult learners • Prioritize student learning, achievement, and timely feedback • Maintain strong communication with students and respond promptly to inquiries • Ensure academic integrity and uphold university policies • Collaborate with academic support teams to enhance student experience • Use available tools and strategies to enhance relationships and create an engaged community of learners • Provide instructive feedback with specific suggestions to improve students’ work and thinking • Facilitate and engage in classroom discussion boards, grade assignments and discussions, and respond to student inquiries in a timely manner • Apply subject-matter expertise and connect course knowledge to real-world examples • Enhance course content and resources to support comprehension and application of learning outcomes • Perform other duties according to experience and qualifications

🎯 Requirements

• Earned terminal degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, or closely related field • Three years of K-12 teaching experience • Three years of practical professional work experience in a relevant field • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple responsibilities within a flexible, evolving work environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster student engagement and clarity in a remote learning environment • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
