📋 Description

• Enroll students into various UAGC degree programs • Respond to student inquiries via email, live chat, text, and phone • Assist students through the enrollment process and act as a liaison with other university departments • Evaluate student needs, interests, and goals and provide clear, accurate program information • Present information about the school, programs, accreditation, cost, technology, and benefits ethically and accurately • Conduct daily student outreach and meet role goals and objectives • Navigate university tools to support a best-in-class student experience • Support students through enrollment in accordance with policies, regulations, and accrediting standards • Promote academic offerings based on student needs • Conduct needs-based assessments and support student application progression through Day 21 of the first course

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or high school diploma equivalency is required • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; other systems knowledge • Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders • High level attention to detail to ensure accuracy of student documents • Ability to contribute to and foster a community grounded in trust and belonging • Knowledge of creating and maintaining an environment that supports academic, professional, and personal growth • Skilled in promoting opportunities for individuals to thrive • Ability to adapt in a changing environment • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
