📋 Description

• Supports IT EMR Services • Acts independently under general supervision, requiring minimal instruction and guidance • Supports system applications, primarily Epic Ambulatory (Healthy Planet/Compass Rose) • Responsible for building system components, testing, implementation support and maintenance of assigned system applications • Performs in-depth analysis, troubleshooting, data collection, and root cause analysis and then identifies and/or implements potential solutions for issues related to the system or usage of it • Analyzes/reviews and tests each product release and communicates needed changes to operations • Documents and follows system change control procedures for the system • Works closely with other analysts, software vendors and operations to ensure that system integrity is maintained • Researches, analyzes, facilitates, and implements business and system workflows in order to expedite process improvement and coordinate business practices • Identifies best practices and implements opportunities for standardization • Prepares activity and other reports as necessary • Provides guidance and mentoring to more junior analysts • Provides On-Call support for application

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Clinical, Healthcare, Business, IT or related field plus three (3) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience or any combination of the two • OR - Bachelor's degree in Clinical, Healthcare, Business, IT or related field plus five (5) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience or any combination of the two • OR - Associate's degree in Clinical, Healthcare, Business, IT or related field plus seven (7) years of experience or clinical/operational experience or any combination of the two • OR - High School diploma plus nine (9) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience or any combination of the two • Required certification: Epic Ambulatory and Epic Healthy Planet/Compass Rose. Must currently be certified or obtain certification within 12 months • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
