• Responsible for the strategic, financial, and operational management of the Medical Specialty and Cardiovascular Service Lines within the UAMS Division of Integrated Clinical Enterprise (ICE) • Involves comprehensive programmatic development, recruitment and retention of clinical providers • Ensures alignment with ICE and UAMS overarching goals • Work closely with clinical, academic, and administrative stakeholders to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and achieve performance and financial targets
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, clinical, or a related field • 8 years of progressive healthcare administration experience required (both inpatient and outpatient preferred) • Proven ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills with multiple layers of staff and leadership • Extensive knowledge of academic healthcare trends and financial management practices • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, capable of integrating complex information for budgeting and strategic planning
