📋 Description

• Experienced financial services professional with expertise in student loan servicing, account collections, financial reconciliation, and regulatory compliance. • Skilled in processing loan payments, managing deferments and cancellations, maintaining accurate financial records, and conducting collection efforts for student loans and tuition accounts. • Proficient in reconciling financial data, monitoring program compliance requirements, updating policies and procedures, and generating reports to support financial operations. • Strong administrative, customer service, and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in arts, Business or related field of study plus three (3) years of administrative/clerical experience within an office environment OR High School Diploma/GED plus seven (7) years of administrative/clerical experience. • Workday Student experience preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft - excel, word, power point, etc.
