📋 Description

• Serve as strategic client contact for assigned HUB program(s) • Manage day-to-day program activity and supervisory teams • Manage programs according to scope of work, SOPs, and contracted budgets across one or more sites • Supervise staff and coordinate activities of business, technical, or production support teams • Monitor program statistics and metrics • Resolve complex cases and client issues • Lead analysis and writing of client reports and other deliverables • Present program information to internal and external customers • Analyze operations and program efficiency with management • Liaise with operational departments to research and resolve client issues • Mentor other Managers • Contribute to strategic and business planning, project initiatives, and operational recommendations • Assist with budget development and tracking • Participate in interviewing, employee evaluation, and training • Develop supervisory skills and advise supervisory staff on performance management and corrective disciplinary actions • Cultivate relationships with professional organizations and medical professional societies • Participate in business-growth efforts • Maintain budgets, expenditures, and staffing levels • Communicate program status and forecasts with customers • Travel 30–40% to related meetings/conferences • Perform other duties as assigned • Supervise 2–10 direct reports and 20+ indirect reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent work experience • 10–14 years relevant experience, or 8–12 years of experience with Master’s degree • Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office and Internet experience • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Strong focus on book of business client satisfaction and client retention results • Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency • Highly developed written communication and documentation skills to develop project educational materials, program specific procedures, product tools, and other services-related collateral • Networking and client interfacing skills to cultivate and manage relationships • Ability to analyze information and target trends • Ability to organize people and systems to achieve goals • Ability to influence and motivate team members • Willingness to travel 30–40% and attend related meetings/conferences as required
